About The Book:

Give children the social and emotional tools they need to grow and thrive on their own

All children?not just those with challenging behaviors?require guidance as they develop the social and emotional skills they will use the rest of their lives. My Review:

Beyond Behavior Management: The Six Life Skills Children Need is a book that every parent, and educator of young children must read. It is full of amazing ideas that are very easy to implement, with many stemming from the Montessori philosophy of education, which I really loved. There are a ton of reproducible pages for parents and educators to use, and perfect for doing assessments or individual learning plans for the children in your care. My favorite chapter was on self-regulation and attachment.?

I highly recommend this book for all educators and parents, and it should be in the resource library of all daycare centers and elementary schools.?

I give this book a huge thumbs up!
