The position
The Product Communications Specialist will participate as a member of the Commercial Support Organization?s Product Communications Department. This position will work with the Life Cycle Team (LCT) marketing team including the International Business Leader (IBL) and International Product Managers (IPM) as well as serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all Product Communications for the assigned LCT(s). The Specialist will manage creation, development, and execution of Product Communication materials (electronic and print) on-time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives while working in compliance with content review and approval processes. This position will maintain LCT intranet and internet content as well as coordinate events, tradeshows, symposia, and speaking engagements in support of LCT promotional activities. The Specialist will also manage vendors to deliver quality product and track costs to a defined budget while ensuring vendors are compliant with all processes and procedures including legal, procurement, and finance requirements. Other responsibilities include managing the creation of affiliate facing newsletters, collaborating with RMD Corporate Communications to provide information on new product launches, regulatory approvals, press releases and other relevant announcements.
