PRIME-TIME MATCHUPS TO WATCH
1. No. 4 Florida State vs. No. 10 Clemson, 8 p.m. It's the Seminoles' defense vs. the Tigers' high-powered offense. Florida State lost this one a year ago, and we already saw what it did to Wake Forest, a team that beat the Noles last year as well. Will a similar fate await Clemson?
2. No. 15 Kansas State at No. 6 Oklahoma, 7:50 p.m. Take the time to read Sporting News' in-depth profile of Wildcats quarterback Collin Klein. It is truly a bloody good story, and you will be fired up to watch this one.
3. No. 18 Michigan at No. 11 Notre Dame 7:30 p.m. Win here, and the Fighting Irish are 4-0 since, oh, the birth of Touchdown Jesus. We kid because we care. It's been since 2002, when Ty Willingham and the Irish won their first eight before falling to Boston College and taking the steam out of a truly special season. Can Denard Robinson derail the Irish train again?
4. No. 22 Arizona at No. 3 Oregon, 10:30 p.m. We don't know yet how Oregon redshirt freshman QB Marcus Mariota will handle Pac-12 competition; all the Ducks have done to this point is load up on cupcakes. And conversely, we don't know how the Wildcats will handle going into Oregon with their 3-0 start.
